Dr. Stephen Rutkowski received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. He is a former Assistant Professor of Clinical Services at the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic, where he supervised students in their clinical internship program. Through this program he was in charge of direct supervision and coordination of patient care, evaluations, grading, assessments and lectures. Dr. Steve Rutkowski also participated on the Quality Assurance and Admission committees during his time as an Assistant Professor.

In addition, he served on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The purpose of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners is to establish and maintain uniform high standards of excellence in the chiropractic profession and chiropractic education, primarily but not exclusively by preparing and administering to qualified applicants examinations of superior quality. Dr. Steve then went on for the next seven years serving at the St. Joseph’s Family Life Center in Stamford, Connecticut. There, along with MDs and APRNs, he dedicated his time serving those in the local community who did not have the financial means for their health care.

Dr. Rutkowski is committed to viewing health as an interactive process that involves the whole person addressing each patient’s lifestyle and health goals. He welcomes patients of all ages.
