Our team leaders recently went on a leadership retreat in Asheville, NC. They spent two days at the prestigious Biltmore Hotel, where they earned certificates in Cultivating Change and Storytelling As A Business Strategy from the Biltmore Center of Professional Development, accredited by the International Association of Continuing Education & Training (IACET).

We would like to inform you that our staff has been working hard on learning new innovative ways to provide the best possible care. From our team leaders to support staff, we all have been diligently learning and working on new goals set by our wonderful advisors at the Scheduling Institute.

Representatives from the prestigious consulting firm flew into New Jersey to help guide us during an all-day seminar at our Oakland location. We learned the values of patient communication, innovation in the office and going the extra mile to accommodate our amazing patients.

We also recently sent our team leaders on a retreat to learn the values of cultivating change and using storytelling as a business strategy. They spent two days at the Biltmore Hotel in Asheville, NC where they learned valuable skills to help improve our practice for our patients. The Biltmore Center For Professional Development instructed our team leaders through an intensive two day seminar, in which they learned new techniques to help them grow professionally.

At Oakland Spine & physical therapy, we make sure that we are well-equipped to handle the needs of our patients. Through the guidance of outstanding institutions like the Biltmore and Scheduling Institute, we have grown as providers and we hope that you notice this growth!
